The Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of African American History and Culture has hired Reach Advisors to ask children what makes museums fun. Up to 30 children from the Atlanta area will be accepted into two YOUTH Advisory Groups, which will meet on Saturday, March 28 at Imagine It! Children’s Museum of Atlanta. Accepted children ages 7 – 10 will be required to be at the museum from 10:00 until 12:00 the morning of Saturday, March 28, while children 11 – 13 will be required at the museum from 1:00 until 3:00. Parents of children of all races and ethnicities are encouraged to apply for the program. |
|
All accepted children who complete the project on March 28 at Imagine It! will receive two passes each to five Atlanta-area museums. |
